Why skip the app

Asking a customer to download an app at the counter means asking for time, storage and a password. Many say no. Apple Wallet is built into the iPhone; on Android, Google Wallet is often already there, otherwise it installs from Google Play with a Google account. After that, adding a card takes one tap.

Sign-up in 30 seconds

Display your card’s sign-up QR code (Krealo Wallet generates it). The customer scans it, types their name and, if they want, their email; they get the card on screen and can also receive it by email. You can also issue the card yourself from the customer’s record.

Stay in touch

Every card stays linked to your business: you can send a message to all your customers or to a group (for example your VIPs), shown on the lock screen. Data stays with you, hosted in Canada.

Frequently asked questions

Does the customer need an account?

No Krealo account and no account with you: they type their name (and their email if they want) and add the card to their wallet. On Android, Google Wallet requires a Google account.

What if they change phones?

The card can be restored from their Apple or Google account, or from the link they received at sign-up.

Can I limit open sign-up?

Yes. QR sign-up is for loyalty cards and coupons; gift and membership cards are issued from your dashboard.

Can I tell where sign-ups come from?

Yes. Add ?src=counter or ?src=poster to the end of the QR link: each customer’s record keeps the source.
