The service
Krealo Wallet lets businesses create and manage Apple Wallet and Google Wallet cards. The business remains responsible for its card content, offers and customer information.
Free trial
14-day free trial, no credit card. Every feature is available, Shopify, API and MCP included, with caps: 100 active cards, 3 card templates, 50 emails per day and 10 text messages for the whole trial. One trial per person: a business created with an account, email or Shopify store that already had its trial starts without one. If you subscribe during the trial, the first payment only happens when the trial ends. Without a subscription when the trial ends, the account becomes read-only: you can no longer create or edit cards, but the cards your customers already added stay in their phones. Choosing a plan turns everything back on.
Plans and prices
Starter US$29 per month, Pro US$69 per month and Business US$149 per month, in US dollars, plus applicable taxes. Billed monthly, or yearly at the price of 10 months (2 months free).
Payment
Through PayPal, or on your Shopify bill if your business is linked to a Shopify store (you approve the app charge in Shopify). Only one of these two methods bills you at a time. With PayPal, Canadian sales taxes are added based on your province.
Renewal
The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period (month or year; every 30 days for monthly billing through Shopify) until you cancel it. If a payment fails, the service keeps working for a 7-day grace period so you can update your payment method; after that, the account becomes read-only.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time in your account’s Settings, under Subscription. Cancelling stops renewals; full access continues until the end of the period already paid, monthly or yearly, and then the account becomes read-only. The current period is not refunded. Uninstalling the Krealo Wallet app from your Shopify store also cancels the subscription billed by Shopify.
Acceptable use
Prohibited: illegal or misleading content, unsolicited notifications, collecting data without consent.
Availability
We do our best to keep the service running, without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Apple and Google may change their wallets independently of us.
