How a card works in Apple Wallet

Apple Wallet shows cards as “passes”: a signed file with your business name, your colors, a QR code and the customer’s details. Once added, the card stays on the phone, can surface on the lock screen and works offline at the counter.

When you add a stamp or points, Krealo Wallet updates the card remotely: the customer sees the new balance without doing anything. The same template also produces the Google Wallet version for Android phones.

Create your card in four steps

1. Pick the type: stamps (for example 10 coffees = 1 free) or points per dollar spent.

2. Customize colors, logo and texts in French, English and Spanish, with a live iPhone and Android preview.

3. Publish, then share the card with a QR code at the counter, a link by email or SMS, or automatically for every new Shopify customer.

4. At the counter, scan the card with your phone or tablet camera to add a stamp or redeem the reward.

What your customers see

Their name, their stamps or points, the reward and your details (hours, website, terms). You can send a message that shows on the lock screen, to all your customers or to a group.

No. Krealo Wallet signs the cards for you; there is nothing to set up with Apple.

Does the card work on Android too?

Yes. The same link opens Apple Wallet on iPhone and Google Wallet on Android.

What does the customer see on the lock screen?

On iPhone, your message shows up as a notification and, if the card carries your business address, it can surface on the lock screen when the customer is nearby (up to ten addresses). On Android, the message arrives in Google Wallet, with at most three notifications per card every 24 hours.
